• Users are referred to as “users”, “you” or “your”, as applicable.

There are many reasons why your images may not have turned out as expected - the most common reason being the quality and variety of the uploads you provide to us. Once your purchase has been made, we're unable to offer a refund. This is because the cost of creating Pet Paintings is significant.

If you're not happy with the quality received, reach out to our support team within 72 hours of your images being delivered, and we'll generate new images for you. We will review the images uploaded and work with you to get more images of your pet so that the images outputted are as amazing as you expected.
